QuestionIs the stainless steel coated or uncoated? How do I remove a small scratch on the door?

- Answer It has a clear coat to make it shiny. I’m not exactly sure how to buff the scratch and reapply clear coat. Also depending on the how deep the scratch is as well. Check your warranty if they cover replacement of door.

- Answer That’s the locked setting position. You need to unlocked it first then turn counterclockwise so you can pull abs remove the filter.

QuestionThe temperature on the bottom shelf (on top of crispers) measures 32 degrees F. This explains why the small melon we put there froze! We've also had greens get way too cold and begin to rot in the crispers. How can we regulate the temperature?
