Samsung has acknowledged a problem with the water valves themselves. Have a tech check it out to see if this is the problem with your unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.check your waterline to the fridge. The connection on the plastic line may be overtightened. Which can restrict the flow. The filters last for a long time. Its your connection to the fridge or small plastic line. Or your water pressure in your house.

When the refrigerator and new filter are installed, it's important to bleed air from the lines, which could be causing the water to dispense slowly. Try dispensing as much as 5-6 gallons of water to bleed the lines. Under normal conditions, a 5.75 oz cup can fill in about 10 seconds. If yours is slower than this other possible causes include: - insufficient household water pressure (20-125 psi is required for best performance); - refrigerator temperature is set too cold, which could cause the water line to freeze. If the filter indicator light is red rather than blue, you can reset it after replacing the filter by pressing the Water button for 3 seconds. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We noticed black pieces of what appears to be plastic coming out of our water dispenser. You notice it because the water will start coming out slow followed by erratic water flow with the stream spreading out which is usually caused by the plastic piece sitting in the outlet tube. sometimes it comes out into the glass other times you can pull out the piece of plastic from the end. Not sure where it is coming from but I suspect the valve or the Samsung water filter.
