we followed the directions your 800# rep gave us, still have the error. Samsung will not come look at the brand new machine. 3 representatives from your company repeatedly told me that we voided the warranty when we removed the doors. Unit is being picked up and we are getting our money back. We will not purchase samsung products again.

You need a 34” doorway to get this fridge into a kitchen and not all kitchens are blessed with that opening. I deliver appliances for Lowe’s and do this several times a day
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is infuriating. We ordered a Samsung fridge, waited weeks for it to be delivered, then told it wouldn't fit through the doorway. Doorway is 34.5". Take the doors off and it'll fit fine. But the delivery guys insisted The warranty would be voided if they removed the doors.

It's likely the PC-ER error code is caused by the wiring harness under the hinge cover not being connected properly. Please try disconnecting and reconnecting the harness. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do not remove the doors on refrigerators with water/ice dispensers. There are wires that can become damaged during the process. If this happens, your warranty with become void.
