- Answer My fridge is 68.5" high (not counting the top hinges). This is with just the wheels and the feet not touching the ground. I don't know that the wheels can be removed.

- Answer Thanks for your interest. The RF25HMEDBWW doesn't come with the water line installation kit. The User Manual which comes with the refrigerator or can be downloaded in advance details the parts needed: copper tubing with ferrule and 1/4" compression nut, or plastic tubing with a molded (bulb) end and 1/4" compression nut. Please contact your local Best Buy Appliance Associates or call 888-BEST BUY for assistance finding the appropriate kit. - Ms. Samsung

QuestionFront & side colorOne reviewer said that the sides of the BLACK model were GREY? Is this true? If so can this fridge be ordered with black front and black sides? The sides in my location will show a little and grey would look terrible!

- Answer The black stainless is beautiful! No prints and just more elegant looking to me. We changed the fridge, dishwasher, and range all in black stainless and love them.

- Answer While Samsung does have 3-Door French Door models available without the external ice and water dispenser, all current Samsung Refrigerators do have automatic ice makers, and all of the current 4-Door models do have the external dispensers, as well. However, if you don't have a water connection available, you can simply turn off the ice making function on the control panel. Thanks for your interest! Ms. Samsung

QuestionWe purchased the RF25HMEDBSR/AA and cannot remove the water filter. Several of us have tried to turn it both to the left and the right, however, it just won't budge. Same with the ice maker. Wanted to fill our cooler, can't remove the box.

- Answer I use a simple pair of pliers and turn it. It doesn’t matter if you scratch the top of the filter because you throw it away anyway. Simple solution!
