The DW80F600UTS uses a fan-driven condensation drying method that relies on the residual heat on the dishes to evaporate the water. To maximize the effectiveness of this process, Samsung recommends using a rinse aid, selecting Sanitize when possible, and leaving the door closed until the cycle is complete. Since plastics don't retain heat well, it isn't unusual for there to be some moisture left on plastic items. Also, loading cups and other containers at an angle can help to prevent water from pooling in their concave surfaces. Following these tips should help to improve the drying performance significantly. Regards, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no heated dry option... I use the sanitize option for a higher temperature wash and that seems to help. I also open the door and leave it cracked for a few hours after it is finished to help air dry. Seems like most units do not offer heated dry option like our old dishwasher did unless you spend big bucks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not have heated dry so it will be wet. Rinse detergent helps but only by so much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn't have a heat cycle no more, try using finish and wait till it compelets the last cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately it is the nature of the beast. Wish I had a better answer for you. Mine has never ever dried a load of dishes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to fill the little compartment, next to where you put the soap, with a liquid drying solution like jet dry. I had the same problem, but once I added some jet dry, my dishes come out dry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to buy that rinse aid stuff. I thought it would "enhance" the drying but it seems it won't dry without it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are not alone. Apparently this model was made without a dryer. Samsung designed this with the idea of saving money(theirs) and energy. They increase the final rinse temperature in order to put heat into the dishes with the intention of evaporating any residual water on the dishes. If you open the door immediately after the cycle end, the heat will be released and the dishes won't dry. Also, if you wash plastic dishes or items that don't retain heat, they won't dry at all. Funny how nobody tells you about this feature before they sell you this model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the same problem. There is no vent for steam to escape.I'm puzzled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours isn't dripping wet but the are wet. What we did that helped them come out dryer was before you press the start button was turn on the how water in the sink until the water started to steam in the sink the pressed start. Since we use warm water to rinse the dishes off before loading the dish washer it only takes a few seconds to start steaming.
