• A:Answer It doesn't have internal speakers, it's a cheap secondary display. I just got it to connect it to my AIO computer so I have dual-monitors, but I have a separate speaker connected through bluetooth to my AIO.

Q: QuestionDoes this monitor have a protective screen film that should be removed? I am asking because the screen picture looks dull so I don't want to try and remove it if it is supposed to be there. Thank you.

• A:Answer I called customer support at Best Buy and they didn't know. They told me to call Samsung. When I called Samsung, the support representative asked me for model number which is LF24T350FHNXZA. He then asked me to wait while he watched the unboxing video for this product. He then informed me with confidence that there is no protective plastic layer on the screen. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer If your laptop has HDMI or Display Port capabilities; those are the only two inputs on the monitor. You should have HDMI output if your laptop is fairly modern (unless your lap top is just really old)
