Thanks for the question. It's normal to have some condensation between the doors, particularly in areas with high humidity. Samsung's RF260BEAEWW has a special feature called "Energy Saver" which controls a low-wattage heater located between the doors that is designed to help evaporate the moisture as it accumulates. When Energy Saver is on, the heater is off; when the Energy Saver light on the control panel is off, the heater is on. Please check your control panel for this light and turn it off if it's on. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is not normal, we have had no issues with this unit thus far and we have had it for two months. You might need to adjust your temperature settings, regardless I would call for service while you are still under warranty.
