Hi MJ, Thanks for your feedback! The bottom freezer drawer on the RF261BEAEWW should pull out about 20", and the upper auto pull-out drawer, if inserted correctly on its track, should pull out to the front of the interior of the main drawer. If it doesn't pull out that far, and if it doesn't pull out automatically, try lifting it up off its track slightly and moving it forward manually, then allow it to push closed with the main drawer from now on. If the main drawer doesn't seem to open the full 20", this may be because the rails are not fully lubricated. Try pulling it firmly from the center of the handle. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you in determining a solution. - Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would look really close to make sure you don't have any packing supplies such as tape or Styrofoam holding those things in place for moving. I know i had to look every where as it was made to not move in shipping. I found tape and styrofoam all over even after I was using the refrigerator for a couple of weeks. Our drawer in freezer pulls out easily to get things.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not know what the manufacturer's specs are, but our freezer drawer doesn't seem to open as far as it should. Therefore, I'm sure that's the way it is designed to open. Other than that, we also like our fridge very much!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The freezer drawer should pull out 15.5 inches. This give plenty of room to access all the trays and compartments. It should glide very smoothly. So if yours is not, something isn't installed right.
