We have had our refrigerator since March 27th, and have had no problems with the ice maker. We did a lot of research on the ice maker issue, and made sure that we purchased a refrigerator made in 2020, as they have corrected the issue on the newer models.

Please try again later.I just purchased this model three weeks ago, haven't had this issue yet, but I had this problem with a previous same model before when I living in another state before I sold my house, I lefted all of my Samsung appliances with the new owner. The ice maker stop working and it was only two years old, I purchased the extended warranty when I bought it, I called Samsung, they had a repairman come out and replaced the icemaker with a new one, I had heard about issues with the icemaker on this particular model and I asked the repairman about it and he said that is mainly the problem with this model refrigerator
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m glad others aren’t having issues but I have definitely had issues with the ice cubes. Sometimes nothing will come out then an avalanche will dump everywhere including water from it getting stuck in the door and melting. Also the ice cubes are super small and white (not clear). I looked this up and it has to do with air being in them …therefore they melt really fast in your glass. I do like the fridge but really do not like the ice it puts out.
