I got bounced around from like 12 different departments trying to get a new stand when mine came broke. They offered to have me return my screen and get a new one, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle. I was told from support that the parts department has replacement stands you can buy, but after being on the phone for 2 hours and not getting an answer I gave up. I found one on ebay for 50 dollars, and it came in great shape.
