Mine did not come with any screws either
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Got my monitor today, and like others, almost threw away the 2 screws. They are tiny, in a small plastic bag which was taped inside the plastic that holds the cords. They really should put these in something noticeable. Thankful for this site to make me go back and look in the trash!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought M4-0.7 x 8 mm Phillips Flat Head Zinc Plated Machine Screw from home depot and it worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are screws in the package with wires and cables. They are very small and you have to look very thoroughly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are in a small package. I about threw mine out with the packaging material.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are 2 small screws to attach the included base. However, there are NO SCREWS to use this monitor with a VESA mount stand. I have to go to the hardware store and buy screws for this purpose. I’ve never purchased a monitor that didn’t include the screws before. I’ll remember this next time I’m in the market for a monitor and look for a different brand. Just ridiculous to not include 4 small screws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Me neither. I knew the screws are very small, and I searched closely. I am very annoyed this. At least they should provide the size of the screw for this monitor...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was frustrated initially. But, when I looked carefully, they were inside the cable/power cord package. The package is highly inconspicuous. Samsung could do much better than this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very disappointed. It did not came with screws. I will go for replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As others stated, the screws are in a tiny bag. I ordered two monitors. One, they were tapped to the back of the base, so it was a bit more obvious. The second, the box was taped weirdly, like it was re-packaged. Anyways, no screws in that one. My guess is someone returned it, after throwing away the screws, then the RMA dept for Samsung just repackaged it and resold it, (with no screws). I had to return the second monitor. I made sure to tell them to make notes on the return so there won't be a 3rd sucker in this line.
