Hello Money, Yes, the HW-Q70T is compatible with the 65TU7000. When stepping up from the HW-Q60T to the HW-Q70T you gain features like; True Dolby Atmos, DTS:X playback, 3.1.2Ch with Samsung Acoustic Beam Technology 2.0, Works with Alexa / Wi-Fi and HDMI e-ARC. ^Cristian

It comes down to personal preference on the Q70T for me because it has Atmos which I prefer for a better surround sound quality because it stimulates height. Although the Q60T is bass-heavy, the Q70T has a well balanced default sound profile. Also, the Q70T supports SmartThings, allowing you to control some settings on the bar with your smart phone and the Q60T doesn’t. If you don't have a preference, I would go with the Q60T & save money.
