I had the same experience. Best Buy replaced the fridge after my third complaint. Now the water filter has failed and the water is undrinkable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you first start or turn on the sparkling water feature it lets you choose the level by pressing the button. Once you choose the level, the numbers will start to cycle. This means it is in the process of making the sparkling water. Depending on the level you chose it will take anywhere from 10 min to as along as 45 mins. When the numbers stop cycling then your water is ready. Make sure you choose a level or else the fridge will stay on demo mode and continue to cycle through the numbers. Good luck!

When the Sparkling Water carbonation level lights are cycling in rotation, this indicates the water is in the process of being carbonated, which takes about 20 minutes depending on which level is selected. I would suggest reviewing pages 20-21 of the User Manual which offers many more details and instructions on using the Sparkling Water Dispenser, including the procedure for resetting the cylinder, selecting a carbonation level, and turning this feature on and off. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When it is making carbonated water, the numbers cycle 1,2,3,1,2,3 etc. and no water is dispensed. When carbonized water is ready and number sequencing will stop and the soda stream may be dispatched (at the carbonization level last used) Change the level of carbonized water before your next cycle. I prefer 3.
