yes my oven has a broil setting
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would just hit "broil" and "start". Then wait for the upper broil coils to heat up. The only way you can "adjust temp" when broiling is to lower or raise the oven rack inside. I usually use the 4th level from the top for chicken, pork chops, hot dogs. I hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can Jenny! Convection is selectable, it works off the principle of air being introduced to the cooking process. You can either turn on the convection or select standard old school cooking. Broiling is high heat and basically seals the outer layer of your entree. If convection is added to any type of baking the air is heated and circulated cooking whatever you may have faster and evenly. Carry on and Good Eats!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, we do in ours all the time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can broil. Or at least you can on mine. I think that most have a convection--mostly for baking/roasting--as well as a broil feature/button that is initiated through a 'normal'-type element up top. But definitely double-check. Gotta broil!
