“How do i remove the glass on the bottom shelf to clean it. I have been able to remove the shelf from the fridge. the responses i have seen in previous questions have not been helpful Attaching a video or pictures will be very helpful”

You can not remove the glass. There are no tabs to remove the glass like other models. But this particular model it is a terrible design all around. Sorry. And the middle shelf bows in the middle and right hand side because the shelf is very flimsy and has no middle strong support. I have had mine for 3 months and very unhappy with it.
