This feature is plain awful. The QR code sometimes works. You have to do a basic "create" an account.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Can't you just set up a Samsung account up on your phone or laptop? Do that then try again with your TV. I had a Samsung account prior so set up was easy for me. Try setting it up on your phone or laptop. If you still have issues, call/contact Samsung. Good luck.
