Thank you for your question! OLED Safeguard+ helps prevent burn-in allowing Samsung OLED monitors to consistently deliver superior brightness with an expansive spectrum of colors and nearly limitless shades. This gives us high confidence to include burn-in coverage into our 3 year warranty for this model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This question has not actually been answered in any official capacity. Samsungs website advises only there is a 3-year warranty with no mention of burn-in, yet if you link to warranty details it is listed as a Standard 1-year warranty ... again no burn-in mention. On top of that, seemingly every person who asks Samsung directly is getting a different answer. This question needs either an official answer from Samsung or Best Buy confirmation they have verified burn-in protection with Samsung (or not as it seemingly appears to be). Moreover, MRSB2121's response is highly ridiculous without specific definition of what proper usage is as defined by the warranty provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.burn is only covered if it is a manufacturer defect that caused it and it has to be determined that is what caused it the review I posted was a direct quote from the Samsung person I talked to

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As stated previous it coves burn-in if this is manufacturing related. Improper usage of the OLED likely isn't covered like most user error related things.
