- Answer The only wiring involved is with the rear speakers which are wired to their remote wireless tower

When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim

QuestionI got this for Christmas but the wall mounting bracket is wrong,if installed as directed it puts the back of the unit pointing down instead of against the back wall, which points the front of the unit up. Does anyone else see this? Samsung could not answe

- Answer Hi Dan! The HW-A430 soundbar should be oriented with the Samsung logo on top and the ports on bottom. When powered on, you should be able to see the display of the soundbar from the front. The wall mount included with the HW-A430 will properly mount the soundbar in the correct orientation ensuring the speakers are facing forward instead of at the ground. - Answer No, only the sound bar is Bluetooth. The rear speakers connect to the sound bar through like a wireless router. Which in the wording it states it was a WIRELESS speaker system which it isn’t. You still have to connect the rear speakers to the router.

Questionso many complaints about losing Bluetooth connection and about delayed sound, can I connect the rear speakers with a wired connection? Can I connect the subwoofer to the bar with a wired connection, this is not about how to connect the soundbar to tv.

- Answer Hi Rober! You should not experience any connection issues with the included wireless subwoofer and wireless rear speaker kit when placed in a traditional arrangement. If placed behind objects, or further than the maximum 33ft range, you may experience connection issues. Each rear speaker included with the HW-A470 will wire to a transmitter module for power, which will then wirelessly connect to the soundbar. Once both the subwoofer and rear speaker transmitter module are connected to power, they will automatically connect to the soundbar for a quick and easy setup. ^Tim
