You should contact Samsung on this issue. Everything manufactured has the ability to have something wrong. I am sure it is something simple and they should be able to help you out.

If the Delay Start and Pre Soak buttons are not pressed exactly simultaneously before pressing Start/Pause, it’s possible the washer is being set to start a cycle rather than calibrate. If you’re certain that the buttons are being pressed simultaneously but you’re unable to calibrate the machine, I would suggest contacting service to assess the situation.
