If you have a different model that does have AquaJet, then I'm glad to hear it's helping to enhance performance as intended. It isn't unusual for the effect of the pulsators and tub motion to not be visible from outside the washer. If your clothes are coming out clean, then the fact that the motion is not be visible in the types of loads you're washing should not be cause for concern. If, however, your clothes are not coming clean and you've followed the suggestions that are available both online and in the user manual to maximize performance, in terms of both installation and usage, then please contact the Customer Service team for assistance determining the cause, since this would need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis by a qualified technician.
