Did you remove the shipping hardware from the back? 4 large bolts must be removed as stated in the manual.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear your WF42H5000AW is noisy. If it's shaking during the spin cycle it's likely it hasn't been leveled correctly. Even if it was leveled during installation, if the legs weren't locked into place using the plastic leg locks, it may have loosened over time. If it's been this way since you had it installed, then there may have been some missed steps that are part of the leveling process. Please refer to the User Manual or to Samsung's online Troubleshooting Guide for the detailed instructions. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think your machine may have a defect, mine is very quiet, even during the spin cycle. The water going into the machine is louder than the washer running.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I called Samsung and they said it can be caused by it either not being leveled or the filter being clogged. The filter is located to the bottom left of the door - see page 29 of instructions on how to clean it. Evidently there is a hose that may need to be drained as well. If that does still not work, call 1-800-726-7864
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't even hear mine running - it is very quiet!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue bought this machine in August .Very loud spin cycle no matter what sizes load and how many times it was leveled. Now the machine just keeps adding water to the spin cycle. 1 load of laundry goes on for hours and the repair person said there is nothing wrong and just to let it keep going because it keeps sensing suds. I use HE detergent and very little all size loads still same problem. Let the machine go for four hours and it would get down to 4 minutes go back up to 15 and add more water even during spin only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this same exact problem. I am actually waiting on a scheduled pick up to return this washer. It moved around my whole kitchen while spinning. It is extremely loud and I keep getting an E4 code(not enough water code). I had another samung washer prior to this one and never had a problem with the washer filling with water. It just makes a whole lot of noise also.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does the dryer come with a cord on it or do I have to purchase it separate.I bought the washer and dryer and had it set up but the dryer doesn’t have a cord
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later."Loud " is a subjective term, and what seems loud to one person may not be objectionable to another. I do not consider this machine loud. Our laundry room adjoins the kitchen, and I cannot hear it in the kitchen when it is running. I would guess there is an issue with yours, but I could be wrong. A service tech may or may not be able to do anything aboutnit; only you can say if it's worth calling.
