Hi there, I can answer this for you. You are not able to adjust the water level directly from the control panel. You are able to change the soil level and that will change water level and other functions to make the unit more efficient for a better clean. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s accomplished by the soil level to some degree but the washer should sense the size of load and adjust accordingly to amount of water needed as does the dryer for time needed to dry
