QuestionI don't have the 4 plastic bolt covers that should be inserted after removing the transit bolt - can I wash w/o inserting those plastic covers while I wait for Samsung to send replacements? If not, can you suggest alternatives covering until bolts arrive?

- Answer yes they are merely for covering the washing machines holes after u removed the transit bolts. just for show.

- Answer Tap cold wash is when you have no light indicator on for the temperature. This was confusing to me at first, but that's what that open dot on the temp menu is meant to represent.

- Answer The more level the washer the less vibration. My laundry area is tiled and uneven, had to use a shim under the front left side to level it out. Use a level and make sure it is level along front, back and sides to get the accurate placement, vibration will occur on high spin speed, but still minimal

QuestionI just got this washer a week ago installed by best buy, one thing I have noticed is after the washer cycle is complete there is a little puddle of water remaining on the rubber that does not drain. Anyone else experience this problem?

- Answer Thanks for asking, Nick! Dryer doors are able to be reversed to open from the other side. However, washer doors cannot be reversed as this could lead to potential leaks. ^Jecca

QuestionHi, I have had this washer since 11-2017 -all in all it has been great!Currently tho it will not allow me to wash anything. Everytime I turn it on it has a "1" in the screen -like it has one min left in the cycle. Turning knob changes nothing.. thoughts?

- Answer Washer senses the load and adds enough water to soak the clothes . This is why it’s high efficiency, does more with less. Also make sure your using laundry soap for the washer. It will say HE ( high efficiency) on the bottle.

QuestionHow come this washers drum bearing only lasted me 3 years? My last washing machine lasted 20 years. Is 3 the new standard? To fix this would be close to buying another new machine.

- Answer Approximately 10 years ago, I had a service technician tell me that the manufacturers are making washers and dryers to last 6 years. A reason that yours may have failed earlier then that, is if someone repeatedly slammed the door shut. This can cause damage to the drum.
