“Why does fabric softener leak out of dispenser before I ever start load?”

• 2025 and mine still does this. No, it is not overfilled! Even 1/2 full it all leaks out. It usually helps to pull the dispenser out only slightly to fill. It’s a pain because it’s difficult to fill that way, but it usually doesn’t leak out.

• I think you have too much in it, when you push it in, the extra comes out the back.

• Not that I have noticed. There is a max fill level; just don't overfill.

• You might have added too much fabric softner in the dispenser. It doesn't need very much. It happened to me once when I put too much in.

• Hi Jo, If the fabric softener is dispensing right away, you may be pouring too much into the WA45H7000AW dispenser cup. Please refer to page 26 of the User Manual for instructions. Thanks! Ms. Samsung
