A:AnswerI just did a lot of research myself and could really not find much and then finally did after like 45 minutes so I'm answering this question a year late... It means "unbalanced and retrying" so it's going to retry by adding a lot more water.
A:AnswerI purchased this machine from Best Buy in early June and it did leak from the bottom of the washer on the Deep Wash cycle but does not on other cycles. Being less that a month old, Best Buy did an exchange and installed the same make and model for me, but the new one also leaks on Deep Wash cycle. I reached out to Samsung via chat to ask if there was a recall on this model and they said there was no recall but I told them there should be since I have had two of the same model that leaked from the bottom on Deep Wash and can others comment of the same issue. The machine works well overall unless you use Deep Wash.
A:AnswerIt is supposed to do so, but it does not quite do a good job. The problem is when your load is light in weight but bulky, the water level will never be enough. Then you will see a lot of areas of your clothes above the water level and it takes a long time for those areas to get submerged. Small items like socks, hand towels and T shirts are OK. Large items like a bed sheet never get fully submerged if air is captured, making a bubble. I did a lot of experiment trying to see how I could best use this machine. I liked Deep Wash best, but it leaked during the wash. After the machine does the first cycle of wash for 7-10 minutes, it starts spinning gently (probably to level the load?). While the machine is doing if you hear chap chap sound, the soapy water leaks from the bottom of the machine. If you don't hear the chap chap sound, you are fine without a leak. I tried Deep Wash many times, but the leak was random and never consistent. When The first Geek Squad came over, he could not reproduce any leak and he left without any work. The 2nd Geek Squad came, she saw a leak and determined it was not worth fixing (as it was a brand new machine). I highly recommend you use Deep Wash many times to ensure the washer does not leak from the bottom. I had 2 Samsung washers of the same model, and both had the same leak pattern. No more Samsung.
A:AnswerWe use normal liquid and it works great. The washer does exactly what it's supposed to do and we like them Much better than our last set, which were the top of the line front loaders by LG. They were horrible and the front load washer was a pain in the butt.
A:AnswerThis machine washes so quiet and has almost no vibration. It it upstairs next to our master bedroom and can barely hear it run. Our last machine was very loud and jumped around so much I thought it would damage something. We adjusted the feet and where it sat several times and finally found the spot that had the least vibration. I could not sleep while this machine was running. I bought both the Samsung washer and dryer and love the way it cleans too.
A:AnswerIt is 37 minutes when programed on a "normal" Soiled Level. I believe it is a couple of minutes more on a "heavy" level and a couple of minutes less on a "light" level.
A:AnswerWhile many washers can use pods (placed beneath clothes in the drum) Samsung itself feels pods are not appropriate for this washer. They recommend liquid or powder soap, using the dispensers. With our last Samsung (eventually recalled for spin problems) we used powder and it worked quite well. However we are using liquid for this washer, seems easier and no soap granules scattering around. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI, too, am 5'2" tall; and I am a senior citizen with physical issues. Although it is a stretch, I can retrieve the clothes from the bottom of this washing machine.
A:AnswerThe song of it's people... could see it get annoying if on the same floor of your communal space. You can turn it off.

A:AnswerHi There
I purchased this machine 6 weeks ago and have done quite a bit of loads. Below is the review I did on this machine.......I hope this helps you.....
After many years of flawless and trouble fee use on our present washer, I decided it was time to research and purchase a new Top Load washer. There are dozens of "LEAKY" reviews on this particular model of washer, most of which were posted for the year of 2017. I repeat, 2017! There is one review for 2018, in which the reviewer states that their machine leaks on the Deep Cycle, but I can't confirm when that particular model was actually purchased. It appears that Samsung did have a production problem with the earlier model of this machine in 2017, which was finally addressed and corrected. When the Best Buy installer came to our home to hook-up our new machine, I did ask him about previous complaints of leakage during the Deep Cycle. He also confirmed that there was a problem with the machines produced last year, but he has not heard of any complaints with the machine since Samsung tweaked something in the motherboard. GOOD News. So far I have tested my machine on the Deep Cycle wash, regular washes etc. NO LEAKING. YES! The Samsung so far, is efficient, and super quiet. Controls are super easy to understand, and uncomplicated. What I don't need is an highly complicated instruction manual to figure out how to use a washing machine. Our clothes consistently come out clean and fresh. This machine will weigh your clothes once you put them into the drum and add the correct amount of water. If you have an older washing machine, I bet you have to set the water level. On the Samsung, just add your laundry detergent, closed the lid and turn it on. Samsung has worked out the previous bugs, so feel safe with purchasing this model. HAPPY Washing.
A:AnswerHi there Violet! The legs on this washer can be slightly adjusted for leveling purposes, but the overall height of the washer is not adjustable. ^Jecca
