Yes yes it is but I will say if you're not going to stack this washer and dryer I would not recommend putting any hard surfaces on the top for example a basket second of all if you get the pair the washer and dryer you will need a double female ended water hose you can make this relatively cheap the only kind I can say about this washer and dryer is if you're not going to stack it you will want to put some kind of hard surface over the top like a countertop
