Greetings! We appreciate your question about the difference between heavy-duty and deep wash cycles. Heavy duty cycle uses warm temperature water with a high level of water for heavily soiled laundry. The deep wash cycle uses warm temperature water with an extra high level of water (uses more water) for normally soiled laundry. I have shared a Samsung link below that can help with explaining all the cycles and settings available with our Samsung washing machine models. Cycles, settings, and features on your Samsung washing machine: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00061937/ I have also shared this model’s user manual link below. Please turn to pages 33 and 59 for the cycle overview and chart. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202301/20230103172844107/WA3200T_UM_DC68-03850D-05_EN_CFR_MES_R.pdf Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: When you message us, please provide us with this reference number () to help our team pull up your information. 1.
