I've had my Samsung washer for two years. Horrible machine. I've owned Whirlpool and Bosch and never had this unbalancing issue. Easily 75% of the time the unbalancing code comes up. I will NEVER buy another Samsung washer. In fact, as soon as my dryer dies I'll get rid of this washer even though it technically works and buy a Bosch again. I own Samsung cell phones, ovens, microwaves and fridges. No issues but their washing machines are garbage. I've attached the model type so others can avoid this misery. Keep in mind it's just my wife and I. We use the washer maybe five times a week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does seem to get unbalanced and I'm not sure of the proper way to load this machine so this doesn't happen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only time I have this problem is when I was a load with a few pairs of jeans in it. I always make sure I put the jeans on the bottom of the load. It helps keep the load balanced when the jeans become wet and heavy. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's only happened once - I've owned it for less than 2 months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Neecie D, The WA48H7400AW and most other Samsung Washers are equipped with Vibration Reduction Technology, which helps to offset imbalances in the load without compromising performance. As another community member mentioned, there may be occasions when you need to pause the load to redistribute the weight such as when washing an absorbent bath mat or pillow, but those instances should be the exception rather than the rule. Thanks for your interest! Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've washed several loads, including towels and jeans, and so far, that hasn't happened to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very rarely do I have this problem. Usually when I do it's my fault due to loading a blanket and towels. This wash machine has 100% of my vote
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So far from our understanding, this machine auto adjusts itself for balancing issues. It also starts by analyzing the load and making its initial adjustment at the beginning of the wash. This may also be why it seems to take longer per load than the old style we had.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had mine for a short time and I've had the same issue. It's bothersome that high capacity washers always seem to have this unbalanced load issue. I'm trying to be cautious with how much laundry I put in so I can avoid this annoying issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had that problem with this washer. It has no agitator. I do about 8 to 10 loads of laundry per week and I have had my new washer for about one month.
