I have found that laying the items in the washer in a manner that is not too one sided or the other, definitely helps. Try to make sure clothes are laid out evenly and also, not in the form of the old "auger" type wash machines. (around the sides) I have never had the machine stop or be unbalanced yet, but that is due to reading and following the manual pretty close. It makes a difference, as a few times of when I was in a hurry, it has led to the issues you had mentioned. Loaded exactly as the manual advises, and you should be in good shape. Hope this helps....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the off chance anyone is still looking for an answer to this question, I'll add my thoughts... This happens to me, too. I think some things tie themselves together during the wash cycle. The "heavy" selection for soil level agitates pretty aggressively. It helps to load it like you would load one of those old washers with the agitator column thing in the center (which at first, I didn't realize is the way you're actually SUPPOSED to do it). Other than that, I think it has MAYBE helped a little bit to load items one at a time so they don't start out already tangled up. Seems like coarser fabrics like denim and flannel seem to do it the worst...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can't say that I have experienced this problem. I do know that small loads seem to tangle more. My clothes seem cleaner than my old "agitator" washer. Perhaps a Samsung service rep can assist you.
