Are you using an HD cable box? Or do you still have a cable box meant for an older, "standard" TV? I was trying to adjust my aunt's HD TV and some of the options were greyed out. I researched online and found that the non-HD cable box is likely the problem.

You might try changing the option from the source to see if that fits. Sometime the video menu in the source will help send a better picture, or one that reacts better to the available adjustments. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might try setting the picture mode to "Natural" and then you should be able to set the picture size to "Screen Fit". At least that worked for me.
