Reconnecting or dropping internet connection is a known problem on this although if you've never been able to connect at all it could be something else. For the reconnecting problem- can google to find many ideas but no magic fixes that I know of. Easiest work around so far for me is, once on, hold down the power button on the remote for about 5 seconds until you see "samsung smart tv" on the screen at which point the tv will reset. This has always got my connection back. Doesn't take long. That's only if you have established a connection previously and can't reconnect. I would not recommend buying because of this problem. This is 2020- wifi not working is a joke
