• You dont need to program the remote,just connect the HDMI from the cable box to the sound bar and from the sound bar to HDMI 1 on your tv and thats it. Every time you turn your cable box and tv the sound bar turn ax on automatically and the tv volume controls thr sound bar.

• No it will not. Although most Samsung products will pair with Time Warner this one will not.

• Check the guide that came with the Time Warner remote if you still have it. There are some codes that are for audio devices. My remote was a Clikr -5.

• You have to google it. Time Warner and Comcast remotes are very similar and codes are same...so use the ones on the Internet from TWC that eventually work.
