Using this model about two weeks, having none of the problems mentioned in the question. Both WiFi and Ethernet connections work fine. Picture and sound are adjustable in settings section, including red / green hue, so green cast can be corrected. (Mine was OK) Responds to Xfinity voice command setup, in other words, performance and features beyond what you would expect at the price and an excellent all around viewing experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this TV and used it for watching YouTube and Netflix most of time. None of these issues happened for this model. You can even choose your YouTube videos or Netflix movies on iPhone or iPad and then cast into this TV.

Everything else using WIFI in the same room working, computer, laptop, phone. I have updated, reset etc... I'm ready to throw it in the trash. Samsung is nopt a reliable product any longer. I have looked on the net for resolutions seems like it's a problem that needs to be fixed.
