• No, you'll have to register the tv with a Samsung account and then go to the APPs and look for YouTube TV. Once you down load it it will ask if you want to open. Don't open it yet (hit return on remote), then scroll to ADD TO HOME and then open it on the home line. Then sign in.

• From what I saw, it only has youtube preinstalled. You can download it and add it to your queue.
