How do I control the volume on my Samsung 43" TV? null

Depends. If you have Charter with a Charter remote, control it from there. If not, use the little remote that comes with TV, Charter remote has to be programmed. Instructions on Charter website.

NB, Many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. The Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. ~Samsung Pro
