Is the wall mount included? null

We bought the 43" Frame 2022, The Samsung Rep @ Best Buy confirmed the tv came with it. However, when the GEEK team arrived and opened the box, no mount was in it. All 2 of the guys said "the small tv must not come with a wall mount"! We disagreed, but they insisted and drove back to Best Buy, picked up a wall mount and charged us $33.00. Why would there be mounting instructions in the box if it didn't come with. I will be heading to Best Buy later today to straighten this out.

Just opened my 43” box and mine also DID NOT come with a mount. Not sure why Samsung continues to mislead customers but yet another upcharge to purchase. Disgusted!

I recently got the 43” and my installer thought it came with wall mount so I didn’t buy one. Well it didn’t have one! I was livid. Had to pay the installer to go and buy one and got charged an extra 45 dollars! I’m very upset about this.
