No cables were needed, just new bluetooth headsets.

If you have an over the air high-definition antenna, you may need to purchase an HDMI cable. The television is a smart tv, so you don't need a firestick or other device to stream. It also is Bluetooth capable so you can wirelessly connect to your network. The television has connections for coax, HDMI, ethernet, USB, and optical inputs from any devices that you may own.

The TV comes with what you need to watch it. I bought a sound bar and that also came with all necessary cables. It's an Awesome TV.
