Yes, this is delay start. But they label this stupidly and you basically calculate how many hours away you want the cycle to (theoretically) end, as opposed to start in x hours. It's a very backwards and complicated way of calculating it compared to normal. If you could enter a specific time of day you wanted it done, like 3:18 PM, it would make more sense, but it isn't that.
