I am very happy with it, there is a deep fill option that fills the water to the top so that heavily soiled clothes get clean. In order for the deep fill option to work it has to be on certain cycles (heavy, colors) it does not work on a normal wash cycle. This is a great choice if you are looking for a deep fill option.

A:AnswerThere is a pause button that stops the washer and unlocks the lid to allow adding what you need. Once the lid is closed and pause button resumed it relocks the lid and continues wash.
A:AnswerThe machine does have sensors in it to control water level. I've used it to run single items through and it has no problem using a minimum amount of water while still getting things clean. Works great when you need to wash things like pillows or blankets. Even works on stuffed animals.

A:AnswerI read those reviews as well but decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. Since buying it in 5/20/20 we have done about 30 loads with no white marks. Most of my clothes are black dress slacks and a variation of black blouses. No spots on any of those and none on jeans (we have both blue and black jeans). I’m assuming the reviews were because of a wrong type of soap maybe or overloading the soap dish - not sure.
We have had nothing but great results and are very happy with our purchase.

A:AnswerWe have a dog and a cat; this washer works well in removing most of the pet hair from bedding & the pet fleece blankets. We have the matching dryer and once the items are dry there is still some pet hair that's part of the lint on the filter, so the washer doesn't remove 100% of the hair. But once items have been both washed and dried, all the pet hair is removed and the items turn out to be very clean and pet hair-free!
