how to hook sound bar to tv null

The system I purchased came with an optical cable. Since I have always used optical for audio in the past I continued using an optical cable with this unit. The soundbar does allow for a hdmi connection to the ARC port on your tv. However I like to leave all the hdmi’s open for blu-ray, game consoles, etc.. hope this helps!

Very easy to set up audio connection to the tv. However, I did have Geek Squad physically attach the soundbar to the bottom of tv (75" Samsung Q9FN). It takes 2 people to disconnect and remove this size tv from the wall mount. The tv needs to be unattached from the wall mount in order to attach the soundbar to the tv. The whole unit, then, needs to be reattached to the wall mount.
