My washer/dryer was just delivered this morning, my first load was "warm", and I did notice (because I had read your review) that the bleach dispenser was almost full of water when the load was done also. Reading the manual I thought that this was a "leveling: issue, but my second load was whites with hot water, and when that load was finished, the bleach dispenser was completely empty. Not sure why that would be happening with different temps, but obviously not a leveling issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wanted to just give an update to my earlier response, as I have had my machine over a month now. I did "level" the machine according to the manual instructions and as mentioned before, still had this problem intermittently. I had someone at my home replacing my garbage disposal, so I asked him if he happened to have a level, and he did. The machine needed some slight adjusting and since he did that, the bleach dispenser has been "bone-dry" after every wash, no matter what temperature I was using. So, apparently it was a leveling issue. I absolutely love my machine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any issues with the bleach dispenser so far. After a load finishes, there is still water where the detergent goes but I just pull it out and dump the water in the basin afterward.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If its after a hot load it could be condensation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Redruby, Water remaining in the bleach or detergent compartments is likely an indication that the washer isn't leveled properly. I'd suggest checking the leveling to ensure the compartments are able to drain at the end of the cycle. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
