It props open on its own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does stay open on its own and with a slight pull down will automatically close on its own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Stays up , even has a slow close when you pull down and release Love it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to open it; it does not prop open by itself when the wash is done (it does have a lock when the machine is in use to be safe for a child not to open it and to fall into it; also, it has an end of cycle chime which I like its sound, but reading the reviews some did not like it; there seems to be a way to turn it off, I have not looked for it, because I like the chime and the notice that the wash is done, since it is a quiet unit and if one is far or the washing room door is closed, one might not hear it coming to a stop)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It props up on its own when filling with clothes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Of couse it has to stay open on its own!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi DwightSchrute, No, you have to open the lid manually, leave it open while filling it out, and close it once done. Ensure it's closed tightly before you start a load of laundry. The lid locks automatically during a cycle, and an indicator is turned on. You can open the lid when this icon disappears. We highly recommend not forcing the lid open while the washer is operating (high-temperature washing/drying/ spinning). Have a great day! Chrystel
