“are you able to set your own water level for each load size. we now have one that auto sets the water level and its terrible. never seems like enough water in the washer to clean clothes”

• The washing machine does offer the soil level feature (heavy, normal and light). Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena

• Yes you can override the automatic water level.
