Q: QuestionDoes it comes the connection gas hose? And does Best Buy set up the stove and test it?

• A:Answer You have to order the hose and installation when you complete check out. Those are options in addition to the initial purchase. They did set it up and test it, but I had to specify when I ordered. They will also haul your old stove away, but I kept mine to sell. Overall great stove, looks wonderful.

Q: QuestionThe only outlet behind my oven is 220v. They sell adapters to fit a 110v plug. Some modern appliances are rated to handle dual voltage for this purpose. Can this range handle 220v with its 110v plug?

Q: QuestionDoes this have an electric pilot light? I bought a gas range about 10 years ago only to find out that when we lost power during a hurricane, the stove would not work! Changed over to electric, but going back to gas now - it's the only way to cook.

• A:Answer All gas stoves use electric pilot lights to save gas. You can still light the burners with a match or any kind of lighter. I had to unplug my range because the electronics don't work anymore, but I can still use the burners. Don't use the oven without electrical power!

• A:Answer I'm so glad you asked! This range has both standard bake and roast, as well as convection bake and roast. The standard modes will function as most ovens. The convection modes use a convection fan at the back of the oven to circulate hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity so that food is evenly cooked and browned in less time.
