I found a great stainless steel cleaner. Weiman's stainless steel spray cleaner. I don't know about getting scratches out, not sure anything can do that , but this stainless steel cleaner gets off all the finger prints and water stains. I use soap and water first on a sponge to remove any oil or food residue then the stainless steel cleaner on a kitchen rag.

I used it on our free standing Samsung range i had - my mother used sponge with green side to clean it around touch pad..you can imagine what happened :-D Anyways, if you do online search "stainless steel scratch removal kit", you will find plenty of options. Got cheap variant with couple pads for different scratch severity..worked like a charm and the stove looked as new after i used it... As for cleaning stubborn gunk that sticks, i use EasyOff cleaner. Powerful stuff, i spray, let it stay for 5 mins and just wipe it off with paper towel...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you have a scratch on the cook top of your NX58H9500WS. Unfortunately, there's no sure way to remove scratches from stainless steel. It's important to avoid using items like steel wool or abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches from occurring. There are a number of products available that are specifically designed to clean real stainless steel. This is what's meant by "approved" cleaners. - Ms. Samsung
