QuestionI just installed this TV. I set up the WiFi connection but it doesn't remain connected. It says can't find signal try again later. The longest it has been able to maintain a connection has been about 30 minutes. What should I do?

- Answer Hi Charlie! If your headphones are Bluetooth enabled, you will be able to seamlessly connect them to your TV. Refer to your headphone's user manual for how to pair. Once paired to the TV, press HOME on the TU8000 remote. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Choose the headphones you wish to use for sound output. ^Gina

Question4K high definition? How come my TV does not have anywhere near as much high definition as the store models on display? I have cable , and also over the air broadcast, and also stream some services. 1080p TV has more up close definiton

When watching cable or OTA broadcasts, some programs may be recorded in lower resolutions such as 1080p or 720p. Some streaming services such as Netflix offer select 4K programs as well.
