How do I increase the volume on the remote null

Kelw - To increase the volume, simply push up on the volume rocker. To decrease, push down. ^Gina

The remote and appearance is confusing, you have to push the volume +/- button up or down …..

I too was confused we I got it my tv. I learned that you need to press up from the bottom of side of the button to increase and the opposite to lower. It's the same for changing the channel.
