• Ken - You can press the TV Controller button (beneath the Samsung logo on the TV) which will prompt an on-screen menu; press again to move through the options and press and hold to select. ~ Samsung Specialist

• No the remote never worked. I charged it all day , nothing. Put in the light for a week it must be a bad remote. It would be better to have a remote that was actually a Samsung not the generic one I have. I am glad I bought the generic remote or I would have called very t off not being able to work tv.
