QuestionThanks for response...but we know how to get the part of remote to turn the Volume up but the Volume doesn't go up....only the voice goes up in volume but TV Program doesn't go up in volume. Hope that makes sense.

- Answer Hi Tb, To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > All Settings> General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide. To turn the button up, use the + button on your remote control on the left-hand side. You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV.
