A. If it freezes during apps then it's your internet connection not the tv. And it shouldn't turn off unless you have sleep timer on or eco mode on. Go to settings to turn off. And check for the latest update

Read the forums and some said it was a software update problem and others said you had to pull the back off the TV and replace a cable. It seems Samsung doesn't really care and after 4 years still have the same problem. I tried both solutions and finally gave up and bought a new Sony. If you can still return it, that would be my advice.

I know that isn't easy to do, but mine worked perfectly out of the box, as yours should have. Before that, consider calling Samsung's support line. Maybe it's a software issue they can fix easily with you over the phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I received this TV in November. Mine turns itself on at odd times. Apparently this has been going on for years. I contacted Samsung and no help. They said turn off Auto HDMI which means you have to use three remotes. Samsung should fix this. I did not buy through Best Buy, but a sales rep. at my store tried to help me. I appreciated that. Had it too long to return and all other features are Great. Mine has a sleep timer, but not an awake timer. Guess I'll live with it for now.
